It has been reported that CougarNet resets are not working. The problem was that there was a lock file that was blocking all the files from going through for processing. 

SMEs have removed the lock file. There are over 25,000 files to process; SMEs are working to see how to get all the resets done first and then the updates since the bulk of the files are for updates.

SMEs have blocked the updates; all other files are being processed normally. 

The issue is semi-fixed, Cougarnet resets are working.
